Julian Lambert has worked in a variety of support roles in the legal profession for over 30 years. He has a blend of law firm, government and third-party service provider experience in the legal technology sector and more recently, client experience.

He has enormous passion for the law, having grown up with a lawyer in the house, and has maintained a strong connection to the profession throughout his career via a number of institutions including the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).

Julian is particularly interested in assisting law firms and other organisations to improve their client experience to deliver higher quality legal services to consumers, engage their own staff in new and meaningful ways and improve their organisation's commercial results.
